The Beat City is from ds, which is a bootleg rhythm heaven game, like Trick on the class on Rhythm Heaven-Fever for mobile. It does have unique game rules tho.
Sorry to bother you here, but I haven’t seen anyone else describe this issue. I’m able to the play the games just fine, but in the settings menus and create mode large portions of text don't show up. In create mode when I hover over different buttons the text that should appear next to the cursor instead appears in the line at the bottom on the left side (in the same row that says the version number on the right side)
I’ve tried to see if something was wrong in the settings but none of the options have text anywhere, It’s all blank boxes. If you know what went wrong I’d appreciate if you could help me figure this out.
Other people have Monkey Watch, Lumbearjack, etc. but I don't have one. Why? Is it some kind of plugin? If so, please tell me how to download it.I want this person's game...
I saw Game X in a Heaven Studio remix, but I can't find it in the editor/I’m getting “No Game” when playing a chart!
It was probably a game from the Nightly build! It's a special beta build of Heaven Studio you can download from our Github Page. In it, you can find games in progress for the next release! Be advised, though - games in the Nightly build are liable to be unfinished, unstable, and in a state of constant working and reworking. Don't say we didn't warn you!
hey, if anyone on the hs team sees this, ive been having trouble with opening the game. currently i have to run a command in terminal (./build/StandaloneLinux64/Heaven\ Studio), because if i double click the file to open it, all it does is open an app that doesnt have anything to do with hs. also im on a chromebook.
I'm having trouble with my keyboard connecting with this game. In the Linux version it couldn't detect any input. I tried the Windows version and it worked in the title screen but when it came to the actual game it didn't detect any input making it practically unplayable. I know it's not my keyboard since i tested it with my other keyboard but it gave me the same results. The Linux version also has some unusual packaging. it was downloaded as a zip file but inside it is a tar file with the game contents. Is there a reason for it being packaged like this?

hey so i just downloaded on mac and tried to open the app and it says HS is "damaged and cannot be opened." :/

Fixed it with this:
When I try to play this game on MacBook, it says that it cannot be checked for malicious software, and that I need to contact the developer?
Right-click Heaven Studio's icon and click on open (top option), you'll be able to open the program.
When I open the game and it says 'Press any key' it doesn't work so I cant play the game. Anyone know how to fix this?
have you tried clicking with your mouse?

once you download the game, extract the folder, then click on it, and run the .exe file inside

Anyone know why my remix isn't saving as an .riq? (It just saves as a file without a file type) I'm on linux nightly build.

I am playing on mac and I am unable to even play any levels or select music to make my own levels
Same here. I can get into the level maker but it crashes when I try to add new music.
